Xin Liu

Xin Liu explores her ideas about humanities from a unique perspective through unconventional sculptures that aim to mirror humanity’s innate desire to sustain and maintain itself as a species. This idea can be reflected through her project, Cry:0, a series of mixed-media sculptures that highlight the tension between preserving life and the inevitably of decay through the design to interfere with the natural processes of life, such as egg freezing and cryonics.
